UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19 – January 2021

Due to national lockdown that came into force on 4th January our core departments will operate as following:

Sales Department

Will be physically closed but digitally open.

Don’t hesitate to contact us via phonecall, email or online enquiry. We can discuss the vehicle over the phone or if you wish to see more we can offer live video calling.

Our Click and Collect service also means you don’t have to wait. You can reserve the vehicle, transact over the phone and simply collect the car at a time that suits.

Aftersales Department

Due to the nature of vehicle servicing, and in line with Government guidance, our service department and workshop remain open as normal. We continue to offer this service to ensure that you can remain mobile at this challenging time. There is no exemption for vehicle MOTs during this lockdown so we would recommend continuing to book all service and MOT appointments that are required for your vehicle. Customers who have visited us for service since the start of the pandemic will testify that our measures are in place to care for you and our staff in a socially distant manner. All vehicles and touch points continue to be cleaned and sanitised regularly.

AT THE DEALERSHIP

Please do not be offended if our employees refrain from shaking your hand. You will be welcomed to the dealership with the same positive attitude, but we will be keeping our hands to ourselves and follow the Social Distancing measures.

When you arrive at the dealership our staff will keep their distance. We ask that all customers do the same. There are clearly marked tape lines to ensure a safe distance in met whilst liaising with the team.

We have increased the number of times our facilities are cleaned and implemented systematic disinfectant cleans on all common areas throughout the day. These areas include but not limited to door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, handrails, tables, chairs, and many more commonly touched areas.

We have introduced a waiting room to accommodate Social Distancing guidelines.

When in for Service, your vehicle is safely in our hands. Our technicians use PPE including masks, gloves, steering wheel covers, seat covers and mats. All contact areas will be sanitised before handing you back the keys.
