CLICK AND COLLECT
We are now offering Click and Collect on our New and Approved vehicles. Our teams are on hand to discuss any questions that you may have and can offer a detailed personalised video presentation for you to view any vehicle from the comfort of your own home. Purchasing a car has never been simpler.
You can reach our sales teams via telephone, web enquiry or our social media platforms. We can also organise a one-to-one video call at a time that suits you.
Click and Collect Terms
You have 14 days to get to know your vehicle and to make sure it suits you. If you change your mind please let us know in writing by post PV Dobson, Bridge End Garage, Levens, LA8 8EL or email firstname.lastname@example.org We cannot accept a return of the car if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered it. We require the vehicle to be returned within the 14 day period.An excess mileage charge or £1 per mile for any mileage of 20 miles in those 14 days will apply. If you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us until its returned.

AT THE DEALERSHIP
Please do not be offended if our employees refrain from shaking your hand. You will be welcomed to the dealership with the same positive attitude, but we will be keeping our hands to ourselves and follow the Social Distancing measures.
When you arrive at the dealership for your service, our staff will keep their distance. We ask that all customers do the same. There are clearly marked tape lines to ensure a safe distance in met whilst liaising with the team.
We have increased the number of times our facilities are cleaned and implemented systematic disinfectant cleans on all common areas throughout the day. These areas include but not limited to door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, handrails, tables, chairs, and many more commonly touched areas.
We have introduced a waiting room to accommodate Social Distancing guidelines.
Your vehicle is safely in our hands. Our technicians use PPE including masks, gloves, steering wheel covers, seat covers and mats. All contact areas will be sanitised before handing you back the keys.
