P V Dobson and Sons began as a retailer of tractors and agricultural machinery shortly after the Second World War, and has grown to become a leader for vehicle sales and servicing in the Lake District. We achieve all this from our modern dealership site in Levens, near Kendal, Cumbria. Here, we employ an experienced team of advisers and technicians who share a commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service. Every member of the team is committed to delivering personalised support for all customers, and will do all they can to help you choose the right model. When you visit our site, an adviser will take the time to listen to your needs and make a recommendation on the car and specification that best meets them. We will also be happy to schedule a test drive, so you can sample the experience at the wheel before making a final decision.

You can be confident that every available car has been scrutinised and tested before being placed on sale, and this attentiveness continues when you return for aftersales services. Our Bridge End Garage location includes a dedicated service centre, where skilled technicians have access to the latest equipment to ensure your car retains its high-quality performance, condition, and value.

During our many years’ trading, we’ve developed close industry relationships to help us better meet the needs of our customers. This includes ties to the Motability Scheme, which sees us assist eligible members by arranging their next vehicle and lease plan, and maintaining their choice of vehicle throughout the duration of the agreement.
