Flexible mileage package

The subscription includes 6,000 mi per year. Select more mileage during order summary – adjustable at any time; great for transparency and control. Additional mileage is billed at the end of your subscription.

Volvo Cars App

Your car’s inbuilt system connects to an app, so you can request assistance, get theft warnings and control features remotely. It automatically alerts emergency services if you’re in a crash.

24/7 roadside assistance

If you have an accident, breakdown, lockout or flat tyre, just press your car’s Volvo On Call button to request assistance. If we can’t help on the spot, we’ll tow you to a Volvo retailer.

Mandatory tax & inspections

Legally required vehicle tax (VED) and vehicle testing (MOT for cars aged 3+ years) are included. We’ll notify you when they’re due. Contact us if your car displays any related messages.

Dedicated customer care

As a valued Care by Volvo customer, you can always reach out to us. Our advisors are at your service by phone, email or chat Mon-Thurs 09-18, Fri 09-17 and Sat 09-13.

Courtesy car/Collection & delivery

When your car is in the workshop for a service, we can provide a replacement vehicle or collect and return your car (max. range 20 miles; max. 10 miles within M25).

No hidden costs

With your subscription car, there’s no deposit or negotiation required. Instead you pay a clear monthly fee that covers most practicalities.

Service & maintenance

Your car is covered for scheduled maintenance work. We’ll notify you when a service is due – and clean your car after each visit.

3 months’ notice

Subscribe flexibly to change car or cancel with 3 months’ notice, or subscribe for a fixed 36-month period and pay a lower fee.

Wear & tear (incl. tyres)

During your car’s scheduled maintenance, we’ll change or repair any parts, including tyres, worn through normal use.

Care by Volvo is the flexible car subscription from Volvo. You can order online with no deposit or hidden costs. A company car for all, which you can share freely with your colleagues.

A Care by Volvo subscription lets you enjoy all the perks of having a car with none of the hassle because most operating costs are covered. This includes essentials that you’d otherwise have to add later on, such as service, maintenance and replacement tyres (when worn through normal use).

Subscribing is also a more flexible way to access a car, as we ask for a minimal commitment compared to traditional finance agreements. With Care by Volvo, you only need to give 3 months’ notice to change car or cancel.

Note: 3 months' notice do not apply to fixed-term subscription.

If you have a Company Registration Number or a VAT number you can subscribe as a Care by Volvo Business Customer. Sole traders who do not have a VAT number are requested to sign-up as a Personal customer.

The Care by Volvo subscription offer is currently the same for consumers and businesses. We recommend that you get in touch with Customer Relations to learn more about our existing offers.

Care by Volvo offers a range of models, trims and engines to suit your lifestyle, from SUVs to saloons, all brand-new and with advanced, state-of-the-art features. All our cars are available for the 3-month subscription or the 36-month subscription.

Your Care by Volvo subscription fee covers all costs of operating your vehicle; you only pay for consumables such as fuel, AdBlue, washer fluid and oil (if it needs to be refilled before the scheduled inspection), as well as fees for speeding, tolls, and parking. Insurance also sits outside of your subscription fee however we do offer you 30-day comprehensive insurance. The 30-day insurance is subject to an acceptance criteria from the insurer and requires you to separately register for the trial insurance at – select Care by Volvo business.
